Painted Horse LLC’s On Point with Annie Walters
The AMW Stables team had an amazing week at the NCHJA Annual Horse Show, held June 29-July 3 at the Carolina Horse Park in Pinehurst, North Carolina.! What a beautiful show with a nice turnout and divisions full of great horses.
Painted Horse LLC’s On Point, a 6-year-old gelding (Osilvis—Carma, Cartouche Z), qualified for the USHJA Green Hunter Incentive Regional Championship and laid down two lovely rounds, earning him 11th and a nice paycheck! He also had some impressive ribbons in a huge 3' Green Hunter division with Annie Walters aboard.
Winston was champion in the 2'9” USHJA Hunters with Annie in the irons, and they won all three classes for a clean sweep! Owner/rider Christine Jablon and Winston had some great rounds in the middle Adult Amateur Hunters, earning some great ribbons.
Sarasen Jablon and Crocodile Rock
Sarasen Jablon and Crocodile Rock continued their impressive show season. They were reserve champions in the Large Pony Hunters and placed second in the competitive USHJA Pony Hunter Derby. Sarasen also had some great rounds on Dancing Queen and for excellent ribbons in the Medium Pony Hunter section.
AMW Stables, LLC’s Kapucino De Fremis continued to impress in the show ring as he figures out his new job in the hunter ring. He became the “poster boy” for the show photographer’s website after his exceptional photos from the 3’ Green Hunter classes and continued to draw people ringside to watch his impressive athleticism.
